Mr. Michael Adebayo
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Michael Adebayo is an Accountant, Education Consultant and Certified Career Counselor. He is a seasoned consultant to State Governments and higher institutions of learning in Nigeria.

He began his career in 1992 in Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo (now Rufus Giwa Polytechnic). He worked in the Admissions Office, Establishments Office and Bursary Department.

In August 1998, he joined the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) where he worked in Finance and Accounts Department at the Board’s Headquarters in Benin City, and later became the pioneer Accountant of NABTEB, Zonal Office Awka, Anambra. 

In 2007 he was appointed as Assistant Admin/Finance Coordinator in the Nigerian Institute of Industrial Management (NIIM).

He founded Oredian Education Resources Limited, an education consultant firm in June 2010.

In 2011, he was one of Nigerian beneficiaries of Government of Indian ITEC programme in Human Resource Development and Entrepreneurship Education Training (HRD-EE) at the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NESBUD).

He is widely travelled within and outside Nigeria.

Chief Programme Development Officer (CPDO)

Kolawole Stephen Adebayo holds BSc in Airline Tourism and Hospitality Management from Lovely Professional University, Phagwara India and Diploma in Airport Operations from International Travel and Tourism Academy, Chandigarh, India.

He began his working career with Oredian Education Resources Limited on January 2009 as a Student Affairs Officer before he left for further education in India. He returned to Nigeria in 2014 and promoted to the position of executive Director, Operations and Admin.

He has travelled widely within and outside Nigeria. In 2012 he was one of the participants at International Youth Fellowship IYF, India where he was chosen as the secretary between 2012 and 2013. He was member of Association of Nigeria Student Union (ANSU) LPU Chapter 2013.

Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO)

Amb. Adeyemo holds BSc. (Ed), Business Education (Accounting) from the University of Benin, Benin City, National Diploma (Accounting), Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He is a Fellow, the Institute of Management Specialists, United Kingdom (F.I.M.S), an Associate  member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRM) and an Associate Member of the International Professional Managers Association-UK (IPMA-UK).

He is a career business consultant and a social welfare advocate.  He is a very versatile educationist with vast experience in Accounting, Human Development and Entrepreneurship.  He is the Programme Director and Deputy Managing Director of AMAZING CARE FOUNDATION, a Non-Governmental organization with branches in all states of Nigeria, where he is involved in empowerment of about 5000 women, 10,000 youths and 2000 widows/ orphans through Skill acquisition and Vocational training.

He is a grass root Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMES) trainer with passion for youth empowerment, has also participated in various management and public health trainings in Nigeria. His hobbies include Volunteering, Travelling, Reading and Knowledge Impartation/Counselling.

Student Affairs Manager

MAYOWA Tosin is a graduate of Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. She is presently pursuing her Master’s degree programme in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.

She is a highly motivated and progress-focused Planner and Career Counselor with a versatile knowledge in the education services and personnel management.

Tosin is the Student Affairs Manager of Zenith Education and Career Development Limited, where is manage and coordinate the company’s student’s admission processing in over 22 countries, organize training and school programmes.

She is compassionate, creative and effective recruitment manager with valuable experience in student placement, student affairs administration, professional development and project planning.

Tosin a student-centric instructor, academic facilitator and motivational coach.

Mrs. Lilian Chinwendu Balogun
Head, Counselling & Training
Mrs. Lilian Chinwendu Balogun, a Certified Career Counselor, had a B. Ed in Guidance and Counseling from Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Nigeria. She is a member of the Counselling Association of Nigeria (CASSON). She began her career in 2013 in MamaCass, Abuja where she worked in various capacities as Personal Assistant to the Executive Director (North), Supervisor and Manger. As a trained teacher, she joined the service of Bubeth School, Akure in 2015 where she worked briefly as a classroom teacher and later worked with JOFAB Group of Schools as Head Teacher. She joined Mabest Academy in 2017 where she worked as the school Counsellor.
Digital Marketing and Socia media Manager

Tolulade AFOLABI holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo state. She graduated in 2011 and served an IT Officer in Fifth World Inc.

She also holds a world class Digital marketing certificate from Digital Marketing Skill Institute. She started her career in digital marketing at an early age with Peniel Soft, Akure where she worked as an Online Advertiser/Web Designer. She also worked with Edupoerbox as Social Media Manager. 

Tolulade is an entrepreneurially minded problem solver and a digital marketer, passionate about spearheading challenges identified in analytics. Her past experience has enhanced her skills in website and landing page design, SEO practices, keyword research, social media management, and paid search strategies.

She has a passion for effective and dynamic online marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals.

Babatunde Stephen Olumuyiwa is a creative designer with keen eye for appealing designs with efficiency in software like CorelDRAW and Photoshop.He is a designer who believes that design software doesn’t matter but intelligence to convey messages to the audience.

He is on the top of  Zenith Education creativity and design where his mission  is to promote visuals and social media presence through creative designs and to also help the organization grow in a crowded and less competitive marketplace.
